Our Policies

By placing an order you agree to abide by the pricing you have been given. First time customers are required to put down either a small deposit or pay ahead of time their first order up front.

Pick up times are strict! Please pick up your order on time especially during the summer months because icing can melt very quickly! Slutty Muffins is not responsible for orders that are picked up late or abandoned.

Accidents can happen, with any cake no matter how big or small the bakery is. We hate accidents and they rarely happen. We will do our absolute best to fix the problem under the conditions.

Due to high demand and scheduling, we do not offer refunds but we do offer a store credit. Wedding orders are exempt as we only bake for wedding order per day booked. Every order is made to order. We are reasonable people and will work with you the best way possible to reschedule your order in case of emergency. Wedding orders must be paid in full a minimum of one week before the event day. No exceptions. We will not bake wedding orders that have not been paid for. We will always reach out to you to try to avoid this situation!

Cupcake towers and stands are available for rent. Please return them in the original clean and good condition that they were given to you. Any damaged or non-returned equipment will incur a fee for the cost of the item plus any shipping and sales tax. Food colorings can permanently stain acrylic equipment, please wash them immediately after use.

Always, always notify us of allergies. We have an allergen training certification and take this very seriously. If we are not notified of any order allergies, we cannot be responsible.
