In 2011 Shancakes Bakery was born. It originally operated out of a small one room commercial space then a year later expanded to a two story single building on Central Street in Leominster. As it thrived, Shannon’s ability to keep up with numerous surgeries because of her rare connective tissue disorder declined and the business was put up for sale.

 

In 2017 the business sold to a New York investor and was relocated downtown Leominster which is now called Main Street Cafe. Shannon was the GC on the extensive build-out at the location that was formerly called the Dessert Bar. 

 

After a few years off, Shannon decided she missed all the baking she did years ago with mom and decided to open a residential business, hence, Slutty Muffins located close to downtown Winchendon Massachusetts. Slutty Muffins now offers everything from cakes and cupcakes to peanut butter, Handmade Chocolates and freeze-dried candy. We absolutely love each and every one of our customers that has been supporting us throughout the years! We are very blessed.

 

 

The house is located at 37 Highland Street Winchendon. It is a Victorian Farmhouse with a barn attached. Pull up the tall driveway and open the porch door to the left and you will see your order sitting on the pickup table. Once you see the name tag on your order you are welcome to deposit it into the little trash box on the table.
